Background

Paris-Saint Germain have an app where all of its fans can watch great content about the PSG (highlights, interviews, exclusive infos) and buy merchandising: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/psg-official/id515968212

My mission was to replace their Lead Product Manager for four months.

Mission Content

• Delivery & rebuilding of the entire technical environment of the app (Akamai etc.)

• Integrating users data into the app and the Product organisation

• Helping build & frame long term product Roadmap by taking into account the objectives of different PSG entities
